Terms of Sale

1. What you are buying

Each Digital Shop purchase is a license to use a specific digital product, as described on that product's page, under the license type stated at checkout (currently: Single Business license only). You are not purchasing the underlying source frameworks, brand assets, or production methods used to create the product — see Licenses.

2. Payment

All payments are processed by Stripe. Sentinel Fortune LLC does not receive, process, or store your card details directly. Prices are shown in US Dollars and are confirmed by the Owner before a product is published for sale.

3. Delivery

After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email followed by a separate email containing a secure, time-limited download link and your license number. Download links have an expiration and a maximum number of uses shown in your delivery email; contact support before either limit is reached if you need a replacement link.

4. Refunds

See the separate Refund Policy, which governs when a refund may be issued and what happens to your license and download access if one is.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use purchased products only within the scope of the license type under which you purchased them, and in accordance with any responsible-use statement shown on the product's page.

6. No resale without authorization

Unless your license type explicitly permits it (see Licenses), you may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute a purchased product, in whole or in part, as a standalone offering.

7. Disclaimer

Digital products are provided "as is." Sentinel Fortune LLC does not guarantee specific business results from using any product. Nothing on this page or in a license record constitutes legal, tax, or financial advice.
