What we collect
When you purchase a product, Stripe collects your payment details directly — Sentinel Fortune LLC never receives or stores your card number. We receive and store: your email address, name (if provided to Stripe at checkout), the product purchased, order and license records, and download activity for that order (timestamps and success/failure of each download attempt, used only for fraud prevention and support).
What we do not collect
We do not collect payment card numbers, and we do not sell your information to third parties.
How your data is used
- To deliver your purchased product and license
- To send order confirmation, delivery, replacement-link, and refund-confirmation emails
- To respond to support requests
- To detect and prevent abuse of download links
Third-party processors
Payments are processed by Stripe. Transactional emails are sent through Resend. Product files and order/license records are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (D1 and R2). Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy terms.
This Shop is separate from the Telegram bot
The Digital Shop maintains its own, separate customer and order records. It does not share data with, or pull data from, the existing Telegram membership system.
